Go to Classes/Events > Find a class you'd like to attend > click "Enroll" > follow the instructions to create your online profile > sign the Liability Waiver

Once you do this, your free pass will be in your account. You don't need to bring anything to class. Simply show up, tell the instructor your name, and she will see the pass in your account.

Signing the Liability Waiver before class will save valuable workout time for everyone, so please do so!

Strides 360® is an interval style, traveling class (much like Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre). However, the physical promise will be cardiovascular endurance alongside developing speed, agility, and quickness to sprint through life. Bodyweight conditioning will provide recovery and round out the program. It's for mom, with or without kiddo, that is interested in a bit more intensity, but not interested in the transformation we promise with Body Back. The program fits nicely beside Stroller Barre and Stroller Strides to provide our mamas with everything ... cardio, conditioning, and core/calm.
